If you are planning to stay in Nusa Penida, this place is for sure worth the money. Staff is so friendly, food is amazing, the ocean view is perfect and they have experienced massage therapists. Also we rented motor bikes from them and one bike got a technical issue and the hotel immediately sent a new bike to the location where we faced the trouble. They have their own hotel transfer boat from Sanur port to Nusa penida and hotel van from port to hotel also which we got to know later. Gita and Nita from the reception speaks very fluent English and gave a great support throughout our stay to make it a great experience. Thank you both and Cheers! ヌサ・ペニダに滯在する予定なら、ここは間違いなくお金に見合う価値があります。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、食事は素晴らしく、オーシャンビューは完璧で、経験豊富なマッサージセラピストもいます。また、私たちはここでバイクをレンタルしましたが、1台に技術的なトラブルが発生したのですが、ホテルはすぐに新しいバイクをトラブル発生場所に送ってくれました。後から知ったので使えなかったが、サヌール港からヌサ・ペニダまではホテル専用の送迎ボート、港からホテルまではホテル専用のバンも用意されていました。受付のGitaさんとNitaさんは流暢な英語を話し、滯在中ずっと素晴らしいサポートをしてくれて、素晴らしい滯在になりました。お二人に感謝します。乾杯！

這是一家超級差的酒店，總結一下有4點:1、這家酒店距離港口特別遠，路上浪費了很多時間，需要自己找司機接送到酒店，費用不便宜。2、這家酒店距離景點特別遠，周邊也沒有玩的的地方，去其它地方還得自己找司機，費用不便宜。我住的那一層就我住的房間有人，其它房間都是空的沒人住，感覺被坑了。3、這家酒店圖片上説是海景房，其實距離海灘很遠，衹能遠遠的看到海平面，感覺被欺騙了。酒店蟲子特別多，房間設定也很差，特別是衞生間很破舊，光線特別差。4、我來之前在平台預訂了3晚，來了之後衹住了1晚後，因為體驗感太差，就想立馬離開。我在平台提交了申請要退掉後面2晚。通過協商酒店人員不同意退掉後面2晚，我退完鑰匙直接就走了，剩下2晚我也不想在這裡住了，不想再和他們多説一句話。平台工作人員和酒店負責人溝通，酒店人員也不予理睬。總之，這是一家非常非常差的酒店，誰來誰後悔，希望大家不要再來被坑了！！！

島上淡水匱乏，洗澡水是鹹的，洗也洗不乾淨，而且沒法洗衣服，洗澡每天衹能依靠酒店提供的四瓶礦泉水

進去的就看到幾個大蟲在裡頭飛來飛去，地理位置很遠因為島上用不了打車軟件所以去哪都不是很方便，酒店環境實在堪憂。總共租兩晚入住兩小時就不想呆了還不讓退第二晚的，不推薦

Teníamos muchas expectativas de este hotel pero no se han cumplido. La habitacion no tenia vistas al mar, eran dos camas individuales juntas y no una de matrimonio. Los muebles de la habitación eran viejos, la ducha estaba sucía y el agua salía a muy poca presión, sólo habia gel de ducha, ni champu ni acondicionador. El desayuno muy pobre y malo, el cafe horrible y si querias capuccino tenias que pagar un suplemento. Sin embargo, la atención del personal fue excelente y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitabamos. Aún así, no repetiríamos

酒店在東海岸海邊，海景不錯，前台女士（可能是老闆）的服務態度很好。酒店整體條件就是民宿，洗澡熱水不是很充分，洗浴室和洗手間是半露天的，晚上洗澡可能會略冷早餐是點餐式的。總體體驗還不錯。

Had to change our booking from two nights to one due to this year's Nyepi Laut (= silent sea day), which would have kept us stranded on Nusa Penida on check-out day. For a single-night stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel simply because of its remote location. (I.e., it is approximately 45 to 60 minutes from the harbor(s) and streets on Penida are not exactly a joy to ride; especially at night!) If you're staying for a couple of nights or longer, this charming facility is definitely worth checking out, though.

Super quiet, clean rooms and super friendly staff. Maybe rooms can have a bit of maintenance, some doors locks are broken and bathroom had some defects. Location is quite remote but still 30 mins drive to main area of activities. You can rent scooters here, book boats back to the island and find car transportation to the ports or around the island. Bonus: You can great view from the infinity pool to the ocean or amazing sunrise.
